We have attempted to recreate the appearance of our jewelry as closely as possible on www.earthstonecreations.com, but the detail and color you see will depend on your monitor.
Most merchandise can be returned within 7 days in unused, like new, 100% saleable condition and in the original packaging. Please see list of details and exceptions below. Postage cannot be rerturned for non-damaged in transit merchandise.
If your merchandise is damaged during transit, you can return it within the following guidelines:
All damage and shortage claims should be made within 7 days of order date. If damaged upon arrival, 1) email (< click here) Earth Stone Creations requesting a "Damage Return Label" in the subject of your email. Include the item description, your name, full mailing address and contact telephone number or 2) call Earth Stone Creations at 1-625-0626 to report the damages and verify your email address in order to receive a return postage label emailed to you.
A copy of the packing slip or the customer receipt must accompany all returns.
A refund will be issued to the original credit card within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Credit can be given in the form of a Earth Stone Creations Gift Certificate upon request. Please call 1-970-625-0626 to request a credit via gift certificate.
NOTE: We recommend using FedEx or UPS for all non-damaged return shipping. These carriers provide package tracking and proof of delivery to us. Insurance on UPS or Insured U.S. Mail should be for the full retail price of the items.
*Non-Returnable items include clearance items and items specifically mentioned as non-returnable items in their description or as quoted by a Earth Stone Creations employee or associate.
